As Jamie Oliver discovered, the best way to get children interested in eating good food is to involve them in it’s preparation. 
Our fun, practical sessions get adults and children working together to prepare and share simple, tasty & inexpensive meals.
We have worked with a range of paretners to deliver a wide veriety of sessions e.g:

• A multicultural food and cooking course with first school pupils and their parents
• Festive food course culminating in a celebration meal with guests.
  
• Keeping Up with the Kids - Working with two first schools we created a 10 week course  using cooking to help parents support their childred with maths.
  

Each sessions ends with the group sitting down together and sharing the food that they have prepared.

with the school and other families.
We would not be able to provide the activity and service that real food works offers; they come complete with equipment food and staff. The school does not have these facilities available for cooking workshops."
