At Real Food Works we are passionate about good food and equally determined that everyone should have access to it!
We work with a wide range of groups and organisations right across the community, delivering demonstrations and hands-on workshops designed to show that eating well does not have to be: "expensive, complicated, time consuming and boring" Our approach, which is rooted in the conviction that everyone can cook good food, is aimed at supporting people to make positive changes to what they eat and at the same time, putting the pleasure back into eating well. SmoothieBike or SmileyBike?
